A 200MW PV power project in Zhangye, Gansu province, China, is now in operation, using Trina Solar’s 210mm Vertex 670W modules to turn desert areas, including the Gobi Desert, into fertile regions for growing the next generation of green energy.</p>

In mid-August, the world’s leading independent advisory, testing, inspection, and certification organization, UL (Underwriters Laboratories), published a bankability study report on Trina Solar’s Vertex series modules. Twelve models of Vertex modules were shown to have excellent performance in reliability and compatibility, deliver lower LCOE, and a high-standard quality management system.</p>
