Trina Solar, a leading global PV and smart energy total solution provider, recently signed a multi-year framework agreement with the global renewable energy company Low Carbon Ltd. The framework agreement spans three years and comprises the supply of at least 1GW of Trina Solar PV modules for multiple Low Carbon projects throughout Europe. Vertex N 605W and Vertex 670W+ series are the modules Trina Solar will deliver for the first project of Low Carbon.</p>

TrendForce, the independent new energy research agency, forecasts that capacity for 210mm products will reach 57% in 2023. The penetration of 600W+ high-power modules is clearly accelerating, setting a distinct direction for both the industry chain and market.</p>

As technology iteration is an essential force in driving industry development, an increasing number of module makers are now producing 210mm modules, marching into the 600W+ era.</p>

As 2022 drew to a close, Trina Solar’s 210mm n-type i-TOPCon cells rolled off the production line in its 8GW factory in Suqian, Jiangsu province. These n-type cells will be used to produce the new generation Vertex N modules, with power output up to 605W and efficiency reaching 22.4%. Full-scale production will guarantee delivery while improving all-round competitiveness and creating greater value for customers.</p>

Trina Solar has maintained its AAA status for the third consecutive quarter in the PV ModuleTech bankability rankings released by PV Tech for Q4 2022.</p>
